5. Limitation of Liability

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to ListCrawlers in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Platform. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Platform or endorse any opinions expressed by users.

7. Termination
